	Chris Wolhuter Chris has been racing bikes all over the world for the greater part of the past 10 years. After having tried many different chamois creams and not finding one that worked for him, he recognized a gap in the market and set out to create a superior chamois cream. The initial steps saw Chris mixing various essential oils into baby bum cream in his mother in law’s kitchen, until eventually the MAGIC formula was discovered. With the help of an internationally recognized pharmacist, the final formula was perfected and manufacturing was set up in a highly accredited facility. Whilst still racing professionally, Chris has taken a keen interest in the business side of the cycling industry which saw him take ASS MAGIC to the South African market in 2014. As a natural progression additional brands were added to the portfolio culminating in what was to eventually become Bikalot.
Earle Loxton Earle is a businessman and entrepreneur who has significant experience in starting up companies and growing them into dynamic and successful enterprises. Most recently, he was a founder of Essential Med, a fast growing company that specialises in providing affordable health insurance as an alternative to medical aid. He currently serves on the Board of Essential Group and holds directorships in three other unrelated companies. He’s an avid mountain biker, taking part in various stage races including the Cape Epic in Cape Town, South Africa, generally considered the toughest 8 day MTB stage race in the world. To his great frustration his bikes were often damaged on the bike rack which prompted him to find a solution and eventually led to him inventing and patenting the Imbi Bike Saver.
	Iliska Verwey lliska comes from a professional golf background where she competed on the Ladies European Tour for number of years. This highly competitive sport has put her in good stead in heading up a competitive sales division for the Bikalot team in Gauteng. More recently, Iliska has taken a keen interest in the triathlon and mountain bike stage race arena, where she continues to enjoy competing. Iliska is a passionate member of the Bikalot team and provides our clients with friendly and efficient service.
Ashleigh Wolhuter An interior designer by trade and swimming teacher through passion, Ash manages the office and warehouse. Whilst not cracking the whip, Ash is an avid mountain biker and has recently taken to triathlon and trail running.
